Horizon Services, Delaware’s leading home services provider, is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Serve residential customers across New Castle and Kent Counties.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing seasonal maintenance, installing thermostats and zone systems, providing honest repair vs. replace recommendations, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Requirements: minimum 3 years HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, valid Delaware driver’s license, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
Compensation: $55,000-$85,000/year (base + commission). Company vehicle, fuel card, uniforms, tools provided. Full benefits and 401(k) match.
