Dental Hygienist — Smile Delaware Family Dentistry

Smile Delaware Family Dentistry in Dover seeks a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused practice with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing, taking dental X-rays, conducting oral health assessments, educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, and applying fluoride treatments and sealants.

Requirements: associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene, active Delaware license, current CPR/BLS certification, experience with digital X-rays and Dentrix preferred, and excellent chairside manner.

Compensation: $38-$45/hour. Monday through Thursday schedule (no weekends!). Medical insurance, paid CE credits, uniform allowance, and retirement plan with employer match.
