Join certified yoga instructor Maria Chen for free community yoga every Sunday morning at Alapocas Run State Park’s scenic meadow overlooking the Brandywine Creek.
Classes run from 8:30 to 9:30 AM and are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session includes gentle warm-up flows, standing and balance poses, core strengthening sequences, and a guided relaxation and meditation.
Bring your own mat and water bottle. A limited number of loaner mats are available on a first-come basis. Classes move to the indoor pavilion in case of rain. No registration required — just show up and flow!
