HVAC Service Technician — Horizon Services

Horizon Services, the region’s leading home services company, is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for our growing Delaware team. We’re known for same-day service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, performing seasonal maintenance and tune-ups, installing new HVAC equipment when needed, and providing excellent customer service and clear explanations to homeowners.

Requirements: EPA Universal certification, minimum 3 years residential HVAC experience, valid Delaware driver’s license with clean record, ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces.

Compensation: $55,000–$85,000/year (base + performance bonuses). Company vehicle and gas card provided, full tool kit, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid training on new equipment. Year-round work — no slow season!
