Incyte Corporation, the Wilmington-based biopharmaceutical company, will expand its Delaware headquarters with a $180 million campus investment creating approximately 300 new jobs over three years.
The expansion includes a 120,000-square-foot research building for oncology and inflammation drug development, an expanded clinical operations center, and upgraded laboratory facilities. New positions span research scientists, clinical data managers, regulatory affairs specialists, and support staff.
Incyte will partner with University of Delaware, Delaware State University, and Delaware Technical Community College on talent pipelines. ‘Delaware is our home, and we’re committed to growing here,’ said CEO Herve Hoppenot.
Incyte currently employs 2,000+ in Delaware with over $3 billion in annual revenue.
