Elementary School Teacher — Red Clay Consolidated School District

Red Clay Consolidated School District is hiring passionate Elementary School Teachers for the upcoming school year. We’re looking for educators who inspire curiosity, foster inclusive classrooms, and drive student achievement.

This position involves teaching core subjects (reading, math, science, social studies) to students in grades K–5, developing engaging lesson plans aligned with Delaware state standards, assessing student progress and differentiating instruction, and partnering with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, valid Delaware teaching certificate, experience with diverse student populations preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
