Financial Analyst — Barclays US (Wilmington Office)

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership, analyzing revenue trends and forecasting future performance, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A. Advanced Excel and proficiency in Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. CFA Level 1 or MBA pursuit is a plus.
