Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll work directly with Executive Chef Marcus Rivera, managing daily prep, training line cooks, and contributing to seasonal menu development.

**Requirements:**
– 3+ years kitchen experience (fine dining preferred)
– Culinary degree or equivalent experience
– Food safety certification
– Strong leadership and communication skills

**Compensation:** $55,000–$65,000/year + benefits, family meal, professional development
